From the beginning
I have been creating since I was a child. I love learning and exploring, and as a result, have worked in many media, from glass, to metal, to photography - to name a few. Most recently, I have returned to portrait making, using pen, ink, acrylics and collage. As well as actively making art, I have taught from my own studio, given workshops and instructed at the college level. In addition to my own art practice and teaching, I have recently served as the inaugural director of the Gallery at Duende, located in Silo City, Buffalo, NY. Currently I am employed by the Buffalo Society of Artists as their Director of Community Outreach.
